I have better access to the market, and a special knowledge of local conditions. My Clients will have the access to exclusive listings which are not normally available on MLS or readily online. I will also track down homes that meet your criteria, contact sellers’ agents, and secure appointments for viewing the homes. Buyers on their own have a more difficult time with these things.
Negotiating is Harder on Your Own
Price negotiations take a special skill and understanding of the psychology of offering and counter offering.
In addition, certain price ranged houses are particularly popular in current Ottawa market which has made it very stressful for buyers. I will carefully evaluate market price for the property of your interest and decide on an appropriate offer.
There are many contracts and documents involved in purchasing a house. They require detailed and accurate completions. Buying a property is not necessarily a “fill-in-the blanks" transaction and a mistake, could haunt the buyer well down the line after purchase.
I deal regularly with different contracts, conditions, and unexpected situations, and am familiar with which conditions should be used, when they can safely be removed, and how to use the contract to protect you.
